Payment Options
Credit Card Payments (Office, Phone, or Online):
Credit card payments are now accepted in the office, over the phone, and online.
- A convenience fee of $3.75 will be added to the total for payments under $300.00. For payments over $300.00, you can call the office or come in and pay a 5% convenience fee.
- All payments made before 4 p.m. M-F will be posted to your account the same day. Payments made after 4 p.m. or on weekends will be posted to your account the next business day.
- Please add your account number to the note section to ensure proper credit to your account.
Doxo Payments (online):
Please note that Doxo is not affiliated with FCWD and charges its own fees, but it is reliable and legitimate. If you have any questions or issues, feel free to contact them.
*Remember that processing payments can take 5 to 10 business days, so please plan accordingly.
