Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your water service or charges, you may initiate a complaint or request an investigation by calling the office during normal business hours. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
If you need a PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT you may contact our office 2 days in advance of termination
SHOULD SERVICE BE DISCONTINUED FOR NON PAYMENT, A RECONNECTION CHARGE AND A LATE FEE WILL BE REQUIRED ALONG WITH PAYMENT OF THE BILL TO RESTORE SERVICE.
$70.00 – Reconnection requested during regular hours.
$150.00 – Reconnection requested outside regular hours.
A $30.00 charge will be added to the total bill amount at 8:00 AM on day of termination.
All payments to be made by cash, check or money order. The District does not accept credit cards.
